Deborah R. Greenberg has over 30 years of experience in business and in law. She is known as a pragmatic, energetic, no-nonsense business partner and executive, with outstanding leadership, operations and relationship management skills. Most recently she was the Chief Information Officer at CMHC, where she also held the role of the Chief Legal Officer. Prior to that she was General Counsel at Aimia (Aeroplan). Deborah started her law career at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Deborah holds Bachelor’s degrees in Civil and Common law and a Graduate Management diploma from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University. She has also obtained both the ICD.D designation (Governance) and the GCB.D designation (ESG).
John is an American attorney with 32 years of experience serving at the highest levels of government and the private sector. From February 2018 until September 2019, he served as the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), having been confirmed for that position unanimously by the U.S. Senate. In that capacity,
John was the chief legal officer of a federal security and law enforcement agency with more than 240,000 employees, was responsible for providing legal advice and counsel from DHS and all of its components, and supervised more than 2,500 attorneys.
Scott brings over 25 years of combined corporate finance, technology development and entrepreneurial experience to the Board. Currently CEO of SpaceAlpha Insights, a Vancouver-based newspace company building out the world’s premier commercial synthetic aperture radar satellite constellation.
Previously, Scott was CEO and co-founder of Helios Wire, a satellite company building out a space-enabled IoT/M2M network, and was CEO and co-founder of UrtheCast. Scott helped scale UrtheCast from its inception, taking it public on the Toronto Stock Exchange, raising $200 million, and leading the company to 250 employees over five years with seven offices around the world.

Julie Myers was appointed by President Bush to serve as Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Previously, Ms. Myers worked for the Office of Independent Counsel under Kenneth Starr and was appointed Assistant Secretary for Export Enforcement at the Department of Commerce.
She currently is CEO for Guidepost Solutions, LLC, a leading investigative and compliance consulting firm where she leads a global team of investigators, experienced security and technology consultants, and compliance and monitoring experts across a multitude of industries including government and public service agencies.
Edmund is a public servant, senior executive, commentator, author, and director with a successful track record in both publicly and privately held companies, and in the public sector. From 2006-2011 he served as Director of the United States Mint, the world’s largest manufacturer of coins and medals. He was appointed by President George W. Bush and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
Under his leadership, he increased profitability 62% to over $1 billion a year, increased revenue 213% to $4.97 billion, and increased precious metal bullion sales by 975% to a record $3.5 billion annually. From 2001-2006, he served as a Special Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel at the White House and assisted the President of the United States in staffing most cabinet departments and independent agencies as well as helped form the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Lawrence currently serves as Chief of Staff, Personnel Vetting Transformation Office within the Office of Undersecretary for Intelligence. Previously, Lawrence worked Russian Engagements for the Chief of Naval Operations, served as the Operations Center Director for all Naval Forces in Europe and Africa in addition to Central Command in the Middle East.
He was Assistant Chief of Staff for the Commander Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, Commodore and Deputy Commodore for the Helicopter Sea Combat Wing and Deputy, Strategic Effect Division for the Joint Chiefs of Staff within the Department of Defence. Vincent’s awards include four Defense Meritorious Service Medals, three Navy Commendation Medals, three Navy Achievement Medals, and various unit and campaign ribbons.
Molly served as a political appointee under President George W. Bush from 2003-2009 which included service at the U.S. Department of Defense with almost a year in Iraq. She held senior advisor roles within the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. General Services Administration and was Chief of Staff at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Molly also had a distinguished record of service on Capitol Hill where she served as Republican General Counsel for the full Senate Homeland Security and Staff Director for Subcommittee on Contracting Oversight. Molly was named Vice President, Regulatory Affairs at American Airlines in January 2018 where she is responsible for the airline’s regulatory affairs practice.
Jamie is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension and Director of the Nephrology Clinical Trials Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in Nashville, TN. He is also the President and Principal Investigator of the Collaborative Study Group, an international academic research organization dedicated to the exceptionally rigorous design, conduct, analysis, and reporting of large, international pivotal clinical trials. He has served on multiple steering and executive committees for clinical trials and served as scientific advisor to medical device start-up companies. Jamie served as a Consultant to the US Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) CardioRenal Advisory Committee from 2015-2019. In 2017, he and colleagues founded Innovative Renal Care in Nashville.Dr. Dwyer holds an Sc.B degree in mathematics and Latin from Brown University, and an M.D. with Distinction from Brown University Medical School. He trained in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic Florida, where he served as Chief Medical Resident. He trained in Nephrology and Clinical Research at VUMC. After a faculty appointment at Mayo Clinic, he joined VUMC in 2008.
Jack held the rank of ambassador as the Special Representative on Global HIV/AIDS for Secretary of State Colin Powell and as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Health and Science, the first U.S. diplomat of ambassador rank appointed to a public health mission. He led American diplomatic efforts in the establishment of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, and in countering global infectious diseases and bioterrorism threats. In previous positions, Jack served as a senior official at the State Department’s global affairs office, both the House and Senate Appropriations Committees, the Public Health Service at HHS, the Fogarty International Center of NIH, and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. In the private sector, he has been a consultant on global health at the RAND Corporation, McKinsey & Company, and PRTM/PwC. He is currently Distinguished Professor on Global Health at Carnegie Mellon University, Heinz College for Public Policy. He has served multiple times as a Sharkey Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Seton Hall University’s School of Diplomacy and International Affairs. He was a 2013 Fellow at the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative, where he conducted research on the structure and design of national strategic policies.
Since retiring from the NBA, Derek Anderson founded the Stamina Foundation, which provides educational programming and events that empower youth and young adults with resources and life skills. The Stamina Foundation has paved the way for over 100 under-privileged youth to attend college in a 20 year span.
Derek was drafted as the 13th pick in the 1997 NBA draft and became the first player signed to the Michael Jordan Brand and given his own signature shoe. With his first pay check from the NBA, he started his Foundation. In 2006, Derek won a World Title with the Miami Heat, becoming 1 of 13 players to win both an NCAA and NBA championship. He retired after an eleven-year NBA career in 2008. After retirement, he expanded his business life and opened two hotels in Turks & Caicos, his own film studio (Loyalty Media Group), and began writing novels and screenplays. In 2010, Derek produced and directed the documentary “The Untouchables of Kentucky.”
Kevin is currently the head team physician for the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars and has been a physician with the team for 12 years. He is also the head team physician for the Bolles School, where he graduated from in 1995. Previously, he served as the team physician for the Jacksonville Sharks and the University of North Florida. In addition to supporting athletes at Jacksonville University and high schools in the surrounding area, Kevin offers his services to numerous athletic events throughout the year including the PGA championship at Sawgrass.Completing his residency in orthopaedic surgery at New York University Langone, Kevin was chosen as an Executive Chief Resident. He contributed over 20 orthopaedic publications and earned several research awards. He went on to complete a fellowship in orthopaedic sports medicine at the world-renowned Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California. During his fellowship, Kevin assisted the head team physician of the Los Angeles Lakers, who won the World Championship in 2009. He also served as an Assistant Team Physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Sparks, Anaheim Ducks and Loyola Marymount University.
